Rights

Until the time when there are no governments, no authorities, and no ownership, one must rely on the law of the land, the common law, to secure their rights of existence:

From The Declaration of Independence:
“When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.”
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it.”

Amendment I of the U.S. Constitution:
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

This collective in no way condones the breaking of any laws -- common law, statutory, court proclaimed, legislative, or otherwise. If any contents herein appear suggestive or outrightly to advocate the breaking of any such laws above, such contents are meant purely for entertainment purposes. Furthermore, this collective positively advocates the validity of individual rights to total personal freedom of life, thought, speech, and action as long as such thoughts and actions are not impeding on those same freedoms of others.
